Previously Registered User Registration Form

If you have already turned in a J. River Serial Number for an Activation Key, you may get an Activation Key for any additional Serial Numbers by entering both your new Serial Number and any previously registered Serial Number in the appropriately labeled fields.

If you do not have any previously registered Serial Numbers, you need to fill out the complete registration form.

New Serial Number Your Serial Number is located on the License Certificate included with your software.

Previously Registered Serial Number IMPORTANT: This must be a Serial Number you have already registered with J. River for the company that owns the new Serial Number you are registering.
